Giovani Lo Celso

What a key player this guy could be; excellent persistence to start the move for the first goal (even though the eventual finish was very Benny Hill in the end:D)

Must start vs Sheffield United imo....yes, it may be a very physical game, but why the hell not? He looks a little toughie himself...and it'll be good to have as many reasons as possible not to start Eriksen..

Great tonight. I think he might be better in the pocket rather than where he played but overall a solid performance.

One thing though - why the enormous gap between Lo and Celso on the back of his shirt? Even the shirt printing staff are working through a rough patch. :p

Sheffield United are more of a footballing side than their getting credit for

Loved watching him tonight, he is going to be a proper player

Looking forward to seeing him coming on for Eriksen for 3 minutes on Saturday at 1-0 down

Good to see him get his first start and first goal. Was a composed finish in the end too. Works hard, creativity, skill, if he can get a similar end product to what he got in Spain he'll be a massive addition to our squad when integrated.

I agree about the weekend. I'd actually probably keep all the front 6 the same, potentially bring in Moura for Dele. Time to move on from Eriksen, and potentially the two Belgians as well. Try to bed in a new group of players and move on

His finish yesterday was great. Weird weird shot to take. Not everyone would finish that or even be able to hit the ball. Proper player, indeed. :)

He's obsessed with the outside of the foot shot .. big part of his game shooting or passing

Think we should defo go down the Duran Duran route for a song, "His name is Gio and he....." (was thinking plays at white hart lane but don't think we can say that now....

Like many have said, it'll be quite predictable today for him to be back on the bench which is a shame but just the way it works with new signings I guess. Hope he'll get at least 30 minutes whatever the circumstances as momentum such a key player for confidence levels imo.

As someone who'd only seen a few cameo appearances for PSG and nothing of him at all in la liga it was an intriguing showing on Wednesday, I liked what I saw and want to see more of it!
