Hopefully Poch gets the message here.
Play a good formation where every player has a clear role and knows their clear role.
Get the players to be truly up for it.
One touch.
Make runs.

If only we had a competent right back.

I doubt he will mate. He will continue to need the Internet to tell him...

Isnt it amazing what happens when you keep it simple, put round pegs in round holes, play players in positions that suit them, and drop people that arent performing to give younger, hungrier (and more loyal) players a chance?

Clearly been a huge difference in mental preparation this week too, speed of decision making has been far better.

Anyone not in this 11 should be having to earn their place back.

Keep the formation, keep the line-up.

Start picking players on performance, fitness and nothing else.

(I'd also like to see Kane rested if we're coasting 2nd half but that might be too much for Poch this soon)

another big plus is not gifting the opposition a goal start!

Got a bit shaky before the third, though that gifted* goal probably settled the game. Was getting a bit uneasy before Son got his second.

* Gifted opportunity is probably fairer, it was an excellently worked goal from the moment Marin gave NDombele the ball and the freedom of their half

Just in from Zombieland. Sounds like we have been a different team so far tonight. Long may it continue. Hoping this is the start to our season
