At this point I’m not sure he can turn it around, but mostly because there are a few top players who don’t want to be at the club anymore. And I don’t think the solution is as easy as just sticking them all in the reserves.

Pochettino is responsible for his squad. He is responsible for getting the players to perform and for picking the team that will get the optimum result on the pitch. How often has that happened this calendar year?
