Pochettino changing the match by putting on Dembele. Owned it. Three lovely lovely goals!

And changing shape. He did what I believe we should be doing more against these sides, which is playing one holding midfielder and getting one extra attacking player on. Essentially we went 4-1-4-1 (Eriksen dropped deeper when necessary to my eye) and it crushed Fulham. I think Dier had a fine game TBH, but it simply becomes a case of one or the other, and with Moose on and playing so well, he was the only other sub option in order to play like that.

Yes. Gets plenty of criticism for getting it wrong. So full credit today. Game changing sub. And in the end it could have, and probably should have been 5-1 by FT.

Today was a eye opener for me with regard to a successful future for this group of players.
With the press driven negativity surrounding all things Spurs due to both the lack of new bloood and the hiccup with stadium in the last week. Today was a timely reminder as to the great qualities of the current squad.
Feeling much more posertive to all things Spurs this evening.

You should remember this moment - weeks of tinkling and moaning, get some perspective man!

Thankfully we fans know it's all froth, they have to sell papers. Meanwhile the team just shrug it off and show it's what happens on the pitch that matters. Or even better, they use all that media nonsense to advantage, take even greater pleasure in proving what a load of old tosh the press spout.

Poch making a 60th minute sub is liking another making one before half time. Both worked out well.

And the yank commentator after the Trippier goal said he thought Poch would want to undo the Lamela/Dier sub! He was strangely silent after Lamela set up the third.
