I would think that at best, they know roughly how on time their part of the project is. I can’t really see how all the workers know how every part of the construction is going.

Not sure I'd believe the Sun if they told me it was raining while I was outside getting wet.
They've put some nice sounding numbers in the article but who knows how accurate they are. And what prices will be like when time for sale/scrap actually comes.
