We tried to organise a proper sweepstake for a tournament GHod knows how long a go and had to ditch it when we looked into the tax implications. This was a way of doing it without money changing hands.

Could do a charitable one in the future maybe. Winner chooses where to splash the cash. Would be fascinating to see which obscure organisation @Danishfurniturelover @Gutterboy and others would choose.
