Pre Season 2017

I was going to get a premier channel sub for a month but can't be arsed, the kickoffs are all too late for me especially for friendlies!

Hopefully there will recording on the web somewhere??
Luckily my provider has vod for all events.

And another opportunity for a company to get your personal details - why aren't THFC organising the sales ?

Relevent Sports have selected Ticketmaster as their ticketing partner for this fixture and general admission tickets, as well as Club Wembley Premium Seats and places in the Bobby Moore Club, go on sale to Spurs fans from today by registering via this link.

The same promotor that created the Champions Cup thing. Means the team just have to turn up and play rather than getting involved in the logistics.

with the cheapest ticket costing just the £46 I can't see this one selling out!

Really? Not got through yet, been waiting for nearly an hour. Pre-season friendly was expecting the cheap seats to be £25 each. I used to love the home pre-season friendly, but nearly £100 for a pair of tickets, £200 with petrol and spends. This maybe one we will give a miss

£9.00 Booking Fee and then another £2.95 Postage Fee. £101.95 for 2 tickets for a Friendly....That's just taking the p!ss. Jog on

To be fair, its not our home game. Relevant Sports (who also organise the Champions Cup which we're competing in in the US) have hired Wembley Stadium and invited us and Juventus to play in the fixture. Its largely a coincidence that Wembley is our 'home ground' this season.

I imagine Relevant Sports have paid Wembley to stage the game and then hired the two teams to play out the fixture and also set the ticket prices. Thus Spurs will be paid to play the game and will receive no additional income for ticket sales. doubt either club have been consulted about ticket prices. It makes absolute sense for us to play the game as allows additional preparation, in a no-pressure match.

If Relevant Sport think they will sell enough tickets at £46+ then good luck to them - I'm guessing that will focus promotion on the tourist market so would expect minimal interest through standard spurs channels.

I think you are right with all that. I still wont be forking out just under £200 for this one though. Rather put it towards a more important fixture
