I liked Erik Lamela before it was cool

Without Lamela, we are now 7 points behind Chelsea. With Lamela, we would be 7 points above Chelsea now. That is the difference that Lamela brings to the team. He gives us the creativity, tenacity and work rate like no other players.

So you're saying we would be 7 points behind with or without Lamela?

I'm sure the stats prove Eriksen covers the most ground of our midfielders.

You think that Lamela is worth another 14 points a season?
 
Good to see his recovery via his social media (insta). The work with the medicine ball is far from easy which makes me think his surgery wasn't as disruptive as it could have been. Pretty sure he'll be back for pre season which is excellent news because he is one of those players that seems to need a good pre season in order to hit the ground running come August.
 
Lamela hasnt shown anything like the form Alli, Eriksen or even Son has hit in his time here. bench him when he comes back

We've dropped 17 points in 24 PL games since Lamela's injury. If you think he is worth another 14 points then we would have won every game bar one.
Prior to Lamela's injury we dropped 8 points in 9 games. I'll let you do the math ;)
