Transfer Rumour Bolleaux

Either that or debt paid off on the stadium

Wrong thread .. but I don't think there will be anywhere near the debt people think/expect with stadium

Land/building acquisitions already paid for in previous years, NFL deal, new sponsorship deal (150M?) and stadium naming rights. Add in increased commercial revenues (corporate boxes), events at WHL and larger season ticket allocation and matchday revenue. that 400M will be a much smaller number.

As for the stupid rumours, where we end the season will have a lot of say in the long term future of this club. another top 4 and a good cup run would make most players believe we can challenge anyone in England.

Psst. PSST.

Want some more? I got some good stuff right 'ere; 'ave a load o dat:

Tottenham and Southampton monitoring Hoffenheim striker Mark Uth after fine start to Bundesliga season

Hoffenheim's forward Mark Uth
Uth has scored five goals in 10 games for Hoffenheim this season and the two Premier League side are keeping tabs with the view to a summer move

Tottenham and Southampton are keeping tabs on Hoffenheim hotshot Mark Uth.

The duo are monitoring striker versatile forward Uth, 25, ahead of potential moves in the summer.

Uth has come to their attention after building on a 20-goal season with Dutch side Herenveen by scoring 13 goals in 25 games for Hoffenheim last year.

The pacy left footer’s goals have helped Hoffenheim end the first half of the Bundesliga campaign as the league’s only unbeaten side.

And his 2016 form also put him on the radar of Germany boss Joachim Low before he suffered an untimely injury in September that ruled him out for two months.

Uth’s contract expires next summer and he is likely to cost around £6m.

Eh. I feel justified in saying that the first couple of seasons in the new gaff will probably be net-neutral or negative affairs (transfer wise) and will see fairly limited spending on wages and incentives until initial payments on the debt we do accrue are made. But I agree that we probably won't have the 5/10 year period of austerity that Arsenal had to go through.

Ugh, Adrian "WUM" Durham talking about how Rose and Walker are going to both be thinking about leaving us this summer. He seems to like riling up the fans of most clubs, but moreso us.

As most on here will know i have no time for " rent a quote" but during his time here he was correct on what he said about phone in shows ( especially talkbrick), he said " only macarons ring into phone in shows".

Funny thing was it was talked about £30m each

I'd say it's £60m each and then we will consider it
