Excuse to leave work early for a job interview?

SUIYHA

Scott Parker
My boss knows that I never get ill so wouldn't be going to a random doctor's appointment and also that I live with my parents so wouldn't need to be letting in some guy to "fix the boiler" or whatever. Any suggestions?

Take a dump on your desk.

Trust me, you won't have a problem with leaving early after doing that.

Just get a mate to ring you at work sounding hurried and worried. Then tell your boss you need to leave early on a personal matter, they cant say brick.

My boss is a mate as much as a boss though. If he didn't ask about it then he'd ask about it the next day for sure.

if he's a mate it shouldnt be too hard

id just go with the ambiguity of "mate, is their any chance of leaving early today for "personal reasons" "
you dont have to go into detail, some things are best kept private
