Hmmm......been a few. '87 was good, 81-82 aswell.

Loved our season down in Div 2 though. Such a laugh on the away days.

1986-87 was magnificent. No trophies but in the running for a domestic treble. Deserved something.

After that 2009-10, CL qualification was pretty immense and some memorable fixtures.

I hope that our older posters can forgive me for concentrating on our more recent successes. I figured that there were probably more younger posters than old and that you wouldn't be able to remember anyway ;)

'60-61, although only saw a few games. Was between 16-17 at the time, based in Reading. Remember seeing our very inauspicious opener against Everton which was extremely hard fought and remained 0-0 until towards the end. Despite having already been installed as favourites with the media to win the League, there was little in this game to suggest just what a fantastic season we were about to enjoy.

Also watched our 3-2 away victory at Highbury from the clock end - there was no segregation in those days. If memory serves we took a 2-0 lead before they pegged us back to 2-2 - so you can guess how how thrilled I was when we got the winner.

Struggling to remember which other games I managed to get to that season.

Went for the 90-91 season.

Was just a young lad, first experience of a glorious cup-run culminating in my favourite ever Spurs game, the 3-1 against Woolwich at Wembley, followed by winning the best cup competition in football. Lineker, Gazza, Waddle, Stewart, Samways. Lovely stuff!

Champions League season comes 2nd, there were some special games and results.

What a fun season that was, I was just in my mid teens but got to lot's of away games. oh what fun we had!

90/91 - I was 20 years old and watched the semi-final while on holiday down in Devon with my 35 year old girlfriend.

Say no more............. ;)

07-08.

The optimism of that beautiful Wembley night....after six years of nearly's and mid-table irrelevance, Lasagna-gate, the sacking of Jol....that cup win meant more to me than any season before or since.

With a username like mine, what else could I go for!

2007-2008 I think just about from 2009-2010. I managed to get to 34 games home and away that season, went to Prague for the Uefa cup game, Wembley for the Cup Final and went to all our fixtures in the Carling cup home and away including being the first team to beat City at the Etihad that season in the December. It was a real up and down season with some great performances like 5-1 Arsenal, 4-0 West Ham, 4-4 Chelsea, 1-1 Man Utd, 5-1 Fulham.

Then we had crazy games like 6-4 Reading, 3-3 Fulham, 2-3 Birmingham City, 3-2 Aalborg, 1-2 Getafe, 4-4 Aston Villa which just defied logic in how they panned out. We had the change of Ramos for Jol and all the circus involved with that. The 125 year celebrations culminating in the 4-4 with Villa which in isolation probably summed us perfectly as a club.

So many goals and game in that season too and winning a cup final at Wembley after all that made it even more special. I would take a repeat season in many aspects now if we were to have a stronger league season than 2007-2008.

2009/2010 and qualifying for CL...Fantastic football,so many epic moments and matches...

This. From the moment we beat Liverpool 2-1 on the opening day you could sense it was gonna be a special season. So many amazing matches and moments. Never gone so mental over a goal than Crouchie v City.

This video will never not give me goosebumps. Just a top season.

Uefa cup final for me,it was in the middle of my tech exams so sod those i said,me and my mate caught the train up from swansea, and in those days you didnt need a ticket to get in,so got there around half 5 and over the next two hours saw the lane fill up and 56,000 were crammed in,when roberts scored the equaliser we all went ape brick, lost my mate then but saw him about twenty yards away, extra time then and was behind the goal where parks saved the penalty.......a classic glory glory night alround. Just caught the train home literally by minutes aaaahhhhh memories.
