Roles was not in the Squad for Cambridge as they won 2-1 at home to Bradford City ( think he is injured )
Eyoma was not in the squad for Lincoln as they lost 4-3 away to Accrington Stanley
Tracey came off the bench in the 22nd minute as Macclesfield lost at home 2-3 to Exeter City :)
Georgiou was not in the Squad as Bottom of the table Bolton lost 0-2 at home to Wycombe Wanderers

Thanks Sandy, but very complex. I think you could simplify things with 3 categories, to save me reading the results of *spits* lower league clashes.

1) Didn't play more than 5 minutes: Georgiou Tracey Eyoma Roles Sterling Amos Clarke

2) Played and winny: CCV

3) Played and losey: Marsh

I like your position that lower league football can have no draws.

Going great guns aint they.

I said for a few years we should have followed the Chelsea model and brought higher profile youngsters and loaned them out, yes we would have had to pay higher wages but I imagine it would have helped finance other areas of the squad in this difficult stadium build phase.

I think I agree. I am assuming Clarke was supposed to be that kind of signing. Does not seem to be working out and we paid 10m for him. Starting to look like he should have stayed at Leeds as a player and not on a loan. He might have played more.

I still have some hope for CCV, he gets some good reviews in his games. But he has been loaned to so many teams. I suspect he will just end up being sold for 3-5m to a championship side like Fredericks etc.

Everywhere he goes CCV gets good reviews. Although they never try to sign him permanently which is a bit strange.

Shilow Tracey completed his first 90 minutes for Macclesfield Town over the weekend, just days after opening his goalscoring account for the club.

Having linked up with the League Two outfit on loan at the end of January, the 21-year-old attacker was on target in their 1-1 home draw with Plymouth Argyle last midweek – his first senior league goal – but was left frustrated in his attempts to repeat the feat on Saturday as his side slipped to a 2-0 defeat at Crewe Alexandra, dropping a place to 23rd in the table as a result. They remain eight points clear of basement side Stevenage.

Elsewhere in League Two on Saturday, midfielder Jack Roles returned to Cambridge United’s matchday squad for their trip to Plymouth, having missed their previous five games through injury. He remained an unused substitute in what turned out to be a goalless draw.

Defender TJ Eyoma, 20, was in a similar situation for League One side Lincoln United, taking his place on the bench in their 0-0 home draw with Gillingham, having been absent from the squad for their previous three outings. TJ, who was also an unused substitute in his loan club’s 2-1 loss at Southend United on 1 February, is yet to make his debut for Lincoln after joining them in January.

Centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers started for Luton Town for the second consecutive Saturday but couldn’t prevent the Hatters from suffering a 3-1 defeat at Charlton Athletic. Seven days earlier, Cameron helped to keep a valuable clean sheet in a 1-0 win away to Middlesbrough.

Defensive midfielder Luke Amos returned to action for Queens Park Rangers in the same division on Saturday, coming on as a late substitute in his side’s goalless draw at Nottingham Forest. He’d sat in reserve for Rangers’ previous two matches, having been a regular starter before that. Winger Jack Clarkewas also an unused substitute in each of QPR’s last three games.

George Marsh started a League Two match for Leyton Orient for the 16th consecutive time at the weekend as the O’s drew 2-2 at home to Oldham Athletic. The 21-year-old has been operating at right-back for Ross Embleton’s men in recent weeks, having begun his Orient career in his more familiar central midfield role during the first half of the season.

Attacking midfielder Armando Shashoua appeared as an 87th-minute substitute for Spanish Segunda División B side Atletico Baleares as they saw out a 1-0 home win over Racing Ferrol on Sunday. He’d started for the first time the previous weekend in a 1-1 draw at Coruxo.

Senior full-backs Kyle Walker-Peters and Danny Rose have been in top-flight action in recent weeks. Kyle made his Southampton debut from the start in their 2-1 home defeat by Burnley last weekend, but wasn’t involved in Saturday’s 2-0 home victory over Aston Villa, while England international Danny has started Saudi Sportswashing Machine’s last two matches, both of which ended in defeats away to Arsenal and Crystal Palace.
