Right... FA Cup replay, time to retake our crown as FA Cup specialists and win some silverware... personally I think we'll stroll it... the worm has turned and we're now on a roll after Sunday. Giving it some Gerry!

Could do with a good, professional, well managed 2-0 win here ..

Get it done, spend the next week and a half with a little rest and working on the team more.

Line-up completely depends on level of knackered-ness from the weekend, but I'll go with something like the team below. Poch would have always played his first 11 from the start, and then made subs in the 80th minute, but I think Mourinho will rotate a little more. Problem is the lack of options in attacking areas - I assume the Dele wont make it, and obviously Bergwijn and Kane cant play

---Aurier-----------Tanganga------------Sanchez----------Vertonghen-----

------------------------Dier----------------Gedson------------------------------

----Lamela-------------------Ndombele--------------------Sessegnon*----------

----------------------------------Parrott**--------------------------------------------

subs: Gazza, Alderweireld, Skipp, Winks, GLC, Moura, Son

* replaced by Son after 60 mins if not winning
** ditto re Moura

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Vertonghen Tanganga
Lo Celso Winks Ndombele
Lamela Son Moura

Subs:
Gazzaniga, Dier, Gedson, Alderweireld, Sessegnon, Foyth, Parrott

Could see Gedson coming in but I feel we really need both Winks and Lo Celso right now

I agree, think we would rather get in front and hold on to the game than field a weaker team that might have to chase the game. Many of the players must be knackered after that effort on Sunday, it really doesn't come across on tv how much running they all did.

Problem with that is that it’s very easy to say but very rarely happens. Think the line-up is massively dependent on tiredness which is impossible to gauge

Being able to speak I find virtually everything in English easy to say, I inferred that a weaker team would find it harder to get in front than a stronger team, and you could remove tired players later in a game, whereas we might struggle to get back in a game if we were bringing on tired players to save it. I think many of our team will be knackered after that tremendous effort on Sunday and that a weaker team will not be good enough to beat Southampton which gives us a big dilemma.

I'm half and half on this one. I want us to win, but I'd rather not risk too many players. Toby, Serge, Gio, Winks, Son and Lucas all could do with a rest, Dele is probably injured and we are missing Bergwijn too. Gedson, Skipp, Dier and N'Dombele can play in midfield, Sessegnon can play LB or left wing, Lamela can start on the other flank. AFAIK Foyth is still here so he can play RB or CB.

11 days rest after this game should be enough
