tickle my balls with a feather, could never understand how a player with so much natural talent was so hot and cold, he really could have been a top player but as you say his attitude/commitment to his own game seemed to have been lacking.

He's been pretty open about saying that he doesn't think that he was hungry enough. I think that our fans getting on his back contributed to him playing within himself.

Yes i have heard him say that about himself and as you say some players can wilt after fans abuse. Shame though because he was perfect for the all skilled C/M player.

Certainly looks a lot more like the hyped up youngster of a year ago than the out of favor, dropped for Taraabt, flop he reportedly was this season before joining us.

Think he looks like a real gem. Takes up good positions both offensively and in defence, looks fairly strong, good pace, excellent ball control, and makes runs into the box. Doesn't look afraid to get stuck in either. Think we have a really good player coming up! I like him a lot from what i've seen.

Loved the cameo against Southampton, was in complete contrast to the ghostly performance he put in in the first game against them.

Agreed with all the above - looks like a decent prospect...quick, technically very good, works hard etc.
Will be interesting to see what position he ends up playing in most of the time. It feels to me like he'd fit a 4-3-3 on the right side of midfield as it would give him a lot more freedom compared to a 2 man midfield. Potentially also an alternative for Dele in our 4-2-3-1, particularly away from home

Think he is meant to be a direct Sissoko replacement. At his age we can only hope he can develop in to a decent CM/AM.
That would be good. Going into next season with Dier, Winks, GLC, Gedson and Ndombele as our CM options would feel very good and give us a decent balance of options.
Can therefore flog Sissoko (assume someone in the PL would take him) and loan out young Skippy so that he gets some games
