Steve Perryman - Book!

Goatleaf

Steven Pienaar
Received today SP's new book "A Spur Forever". An automatic purchase for me as my first Spurs home game was one of his first, Sheffield Wednesday at home, and I was there when he went to lift the FA Cup in '81. Anyway, reason for the post is that the book is much better quality than the usual, weighs a ton, masses of photos that you don't see around and its written on a day to day basis with a lot of detail and inside knowledge.

You can order from Vision SP - when I ordered mine you could specify a message underneath which the great man signs your copy. Mine was "We will win the League before you die". Just I joke, he knows I won't hold him to it :(

I really wish people wouldn't randomly start new threads with just the name of past players. It really fvcking scares me! Especially when their recent health has not been all that cracking:eek:

Relieved to see it's just about his book (which I will investigate) but all the same!?!

I feel the exact opposite every time I see the Judas thread bumped...

Needs editing to “Steve Perryman book” please. I thought the same.

Great recommendation, thanks for that Stevie P and welcome to Glory Glory!

PS Glad you’re not deceased, please edit your thread title.

Apologies peeps - done. And what a great watch tonight's game was - just shows, never despair!

His first autobiography was one of my first football books.
I’ll have to dig that one out and then have a read of this new one.

Went on holiday up to London in the 70's with my parents...not sure if we made an effort or just passing ,but saw his sports shop on a high street......closed... half day on a Thursday's lol....

I’ve added to my Christmas list.

Will put it on the bookshelf next to Greavesies.

Where Poch’s used to be*.
