I want him to stay and work through it.

But what’s with starting only 3 attacking players at home to bottom of the league?
If that was Pep and City they would have 6 attacking players, 4 defensive and a keeper
Pochettino has always been far too cautious and will never have even 5 out and out attacking players especially at home

Its extremely sad that its come to this though after the great job he has done but I am afraid the results this season are largely his doing and therefore were completely avoidable.

We should have 8-10 more points at this moment and be well on course for top 4 again and be a quality vibrant outfit who could win one of the other trophies on offer.

Instead it is his absurd decisions that have taken us from being the above and turned us into a laughing stock.

Will look forward to the new book when perhaps he will explain himself.

He played 8 defensive players at home against the bottom team, and conceded after 4 minutes (because Welbeck spent 4 minutes hobbling off).

This after his team conceded after 2 minutes against Brighton. Progress?!

Even the 433 with Ndom playing means we had a 4th contributor running late into the box.

Today he took it to new levels imo.

He wants out, he is just not a big enough man to resign and wants his pay out the clam

that’s how I feel too, the only logical explanations for our plight are inability or inaction, we know it’s not ability as he’s done a good job for us in the past, he’s just not trying

I can only assume he thinks the wing backs offer enough going forward to make up the attacking content. Imo - they don’t. I just want them to defend, and play proper attackers wide and off Kane.

“Of course when you analyse the situation after Bayern Munich it's normal. We were with our confidence here (holds hand up high) and then after Bayern Munich our confidence was on the floor. What happened against Brighton when we conceded a goal with the first action and the impact of losing your captain to a big injury, of course that made it very difficult.”

He came out with this brick, our confidence was high before Bayern, fudge me he is delusional

Just home from the game and I have to say I want Poch out asap. We are not making the most of the players we have, and everyone knows that 3 at the back just doesn't work for us. What a shambles. Even if we win on Tuesday, the man is turning into this season into a disaster.

Another weak referee allowing their players to continually time waste
Foster was at the top of the brickhousery tree once again today

Very simple rule change would stop the goal
kick situation. GK gets 10/15 seconds to take the kick and then the clock freezes. He can take as long as he likes then as the time isn’t lost.

I think against Brighton there was one that was 53 seconds.

Lets face it. Every team know how to play against us at Home now. Three big Center Backs to mop up any balls into the box. Sit deep with three in midfield who with the three behind deep make it 6-7 players all in the space outside the box. One linking midfielder to drive into the space when we have too many forward and a striker willing to run the spaces. Its the exact same way teams have set up us against us all season. Our main problem seems to be that we cannot get the first goal. We continuously let them get the lead and have something to hang onto. I believe the Palace game is the only game we scored first in so far at home this season.

So. How do we combat this. Well for one we dont play three Center backs and two defensive midfielders. We need quality coming in from the wide areas. I dont like Aurier much, but he got a lot of crosses in today. Dele showed some parts of his old game. We need some quality width on the left and someone behind Kane and Dele who can jink the passes in ( not Eriksen ) I hope LoCelso can be that man! and I am looking forward to seeing Sessegnon on the left side.

But even though I love Son and like Moura. We have to stop trying to get Kane to be the drop deep link man. We are wasting his talents in and around the box. In our next Prem game I would like us to sit back a bit at the start. Try not to concede an early goal for a change. and then play on from there.

Christ a NFL game would finish sooner

Actually the keepers would just get on with it as there would be no time wasting advantage.

10 goal kicks for them today where about 20 seconds for each one could be saved. Over 3 minutes of football. Paying public shouldn’t have so much of the game taken away.

Horrible horrible game, we were narrow, slow, lacking creativity and loose at the back. This was my first time at the new place and I regret it. Poch out.

Poch is visibly tinkled off in the post match conference. He tries to act calm, but you can tell his really mad. Good to see!
He also straight out said that the first half especially, was poor. Not often he says that.
Now it's about using the players that are still with him, and believe in the way we are supposed to play.
