If anything Watford were unlucky with being denied what appeared to be a clear penalty. We were fudging atrocious. Playing 5 defenders against a team who has scored 5 goals in 9 games???

I'm getting a feeling he's just a slightly better Redknapp. Players are no longer motivated and he needs a new squad.

Today was his big chance to reset expectations, play a good team/formation, spank the bottom side at home.

But he played 8 players that NEVER score.

In a formation they hate.

Idiotic, he is definitely trying to get sacked and paid off.

Everyone has to post up their sensible team selections (and perhaps a bit of reasoning behind it), then they can enter the slag the formation/selection conversation, with their own plan noted, but of course still the luxury of hindsight.
 
We can only hope he resigns as levy wont sack him and pay the 32m.

And thats even with CL football looking unlikely and its actually beyond that now - we have zero chance of top 4 with this dynamic between this squad and manager continuing.

I sense the weird formations and teams are having a corrosive effect on the trust and belief the players have in him.

Poch is in absolute panic mode.
Changing the formation every 30 minutes hoping something will work.
The players can't get used to anything this season.

Relying on the same players that got him results 3 years ago like a crutch.
While the Pochs knows phalanx talk about him bring in new players in January.
He might start playing these new players in 2021.

We are calling for him to change from the diamond into a sane sensible formation and tactics, instead he keeps playing chicken with Levy and tinkling the players off.
