Ingerlund

Mind you, there’s a lot of raw talent on show, great backs to the wall defending... they deserve to hold on. Watching in Paris, and commentators going mental!

How come half our squad are 22 but can play in this tournament? I assume it's a weird rule about being 21 on a specific date but how does that explain Angus Gunn, He is 23!

the rule is aged 21 or under in the calendar year the qualification starts. I know this because I was double checking earlier if KWP was ineligible or not selected!

No Walker as some of us predicted on other threads.

The 5-3-2 was a tactical move to cover the deficiencies of Trippier (defending) and Walker (attacking) with Alexander-Arnold and Wan Bissaka that's not needed anymore. Trippier get a pass for the classic long ball option but he'll be gone soon and Lingard with him.

Henderson's place is there to take for anyone who wants it as well.

Hopefully he'll play Kane as a #9 upfront and not continue this trend that he started of playing him with the 'little man' as a pair.

Alexander-Arnold isn't the greatest at defending either and certainly worse than Walker but I guess he's more the future so good to get him some minutes.

Well, Southgate knows what he gets with Walker and Walker will get big games with City. He gets to look at Alexander-Arnold and Wan Bissaka. He can always go back to a more experienced player at tournament time, but you don't want to test inexperienced players then. He might also still want a three at the back option then.

Besides, there is the bonus of Klopp complaining about being victimised by City players being rested.

Think there’s a game on today possibly.

Not sure on kick off. Or opponent. Or who’s playing, or why.

Can this be an OMT please
