OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Ajax - the second leg

Lloris (C), Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Lucas, Son

Sitting on my porcelain throne using Fapatalk

Proper movement up top without Llorente.

Hopefully we don’t see a repeat of Brighton where Son and Moura spent all the game on the flanks

That's what I would have gone with, definitely have a chance. Need to seize control of that midfield early doors.

Everyone saying we should get stuck in and fight... yet in our last game we had 2 sent off and showed such raw naivety to get sent off AND to not dive/cheat in response to their diving and cheating.

I agree we don't want Son and Lucas wide, they need to be together down the middle, getting at Blind and through on goal.

BTSport are saying Wanyama at the back at the base of the diamond with Alli/Sissoko elsewhere... we need to ensure Wanyama is not exposed as he is not fast/fit. Also we need a man on De Jong as he makes them tick.

Alli can do the job on De Jong

The other thing we need to do should we score early is a really muted celebration. Grab the ball out of the net and run back to the centre circle with it - scare the absolute brick out of them.

The fact it's a semi-final does not fill me with confidence, even the last 2 we have won, we have left it nervy-janglingly late.

Please Spurs buck the trend, turn up for a semi-final and lets shake off this sexy tag while we're at it
