No surprises so far.
We have very little offensive threat and we look like we did against Leicester the difference being Dortmund can defend properly.
Take 0-0.

They are compact and deep will be tough to open them up. Would take 0-0
All day long and hope Kane and Dele back for return leg

Very very poor. Too slow. Likes of eriksen need to man up and take some responsibility. Stop leaving it to winks. Foyth and Sanchez look shakey.

Take foyth off and bring on llorente and go to a back 4.

Yeah jan at lwb is not working and 3 at the back is just unecessary. And how many times have they played together! And in a game of this magnitude....

Anyway the above is killing us defensively and offensively. Get lamela or llorente on for foyth.

Then rose on as lb with 30 mins to go.

I'm quite happy with the first half. Only one poor piece of play out from the back to give them a potential gift, and one more piece of bad play on their corner, where we left the 2v1 which led to a good chance for them. Meanwhile, we had Lucas go close early on and Son forcing a save.

Just keep it steady, we can nick a result to take out there. The main thing is to be well in the tie at the end of 90 minutes imo, give ourselves a chance.

Very cagey, we've struggled to break them down and Dortmund have just edged this first half. I think we need to remove Moura and play Llorente as it's just not working for him in that congested middle and he's turning over the ball constantly.

+ Winks
+ Haven't conceded

- Moura
- BT toss fest over Sancho
- Robbie Savage
