Mascots

Couldnt we just means test the parents? (And perhaps also the kids based on their potential future earnings?)

In fact, if we could just assess supporter entry itself on a means test, then football would be infinitely superior without the riff raff.
I'd like that very much.

We should be doing it for free. The gooners ain't charging either, which makes us look even bigger qunts.

Maybe parents who can’t afford to pay, but are annoyingly persistent, could agree to leave the child as a deposit for a while in order to work the debt off.

Annoyingly persistent people will be hanged at half-time, as entertainment for the watching elite (ticket prices are now £5,000 each, to ensure only those who really want to be there are in attendance). Parents of mascots will then have to bid for their child's freedom, with the child of the lowest bidder being thrown into a pit, so that no such paupers ever enter White Hart Lane again.

How about making a Ninja Warrior competition to win your place as a mascot. Winner for each age group gets first pick, kid that places 23rd gets a league cup game, kid that places 24th or lower goes back to training hard for next year.

We end up with a fan base of people who don't need XXXXL Spurs replica kits

Kumho Tyre UK are pleased to offer fans the chance to win a mascot day for children aged between 5 to 14, at the match against West Ham on 27 April 2019.

This is an amazing chance for your little one to experience the drama and adrenalin of walking out onto the pitch from the tunnel with the First Team players; a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay with them as a memory forever.
