Fixture & Ticket News 2018/19

25 July 2018|Tottenham Hotspur

We are about to begin the process of distributing One Hotspur membership packs for the 2018/19 season.

In a change to previous years, all Adult member and Season Ticket Holder packs will include Stadium Access Cards. Therefore, the distribution of the packs will happen in two phases this year to allow for the inclusion of seat data on Season Ticket Holder Stadium Access Cards.

- Phase 1, commencing Monday 30 July: Adult and Junior One Hotspur members will start to receive their packs and their Member Stadium Access Cards. Junior Season Ticket Holders will also receive their packs but these will not include their Season Ticket Holder Stadium Access Cards – they will be sent in Phase 2.

- Phase 2, commencing Monday 20 August: All Adult Season Ticket Holders (including accessible, 1882 and Executive members) will start to receive their packs with their Season Ticket Holder Stadium Access Cards. Junior Season Ticket Holders will also receive their Stadium Access Cards separately during this phase.

Due to the volume of One Hotspur members and Season Ticket Holders, the process for distributing all packs is expected to take several weeks.

Please note, Adult Season Ticket Holder and One Hotspur membership packs are able to fit through a standard letterbox. Junior packs are slightly bigger due to the amount of goodies and will not fit through a letterbox, so if nobody is at home when it’s delivered, Royal Mail will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ postcard with details of where you can collect your pack. All Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur members will receive an email when their pack has been dispatched and will be provided with a link to track their pack using our new online portal, PackTrack.

In each Adult Season Ticket and One Hotspur membership pack, you'll find...
- Your Stadium Access Card with a leather card wallet.
- Starting 11 – a Pocket Guide to our new home with 11 key things you need to know.
- A Spurs-branded blank door key.
- A White Hart Lane and new stadium limited edition commemorative coin.
- A Spurs pin badge.
- A Spurs matchday ‘Bag for Life’ – security-compliant and part of our commitment to reducing the amount of single use plastic at our new stadium.

Quite surprised the On-Sales dates havent been announced yet for the home fixtures, or is that a worrying sign? Liverpool match only 7 weeks off, thought we might have known when they would be going on-sale to members by now

Personally i think it be capped around 46/48k mark, and the full 62k for the Cardiff game...gives them 2 months to fully open the ground and do the snag list.

Considering we have 42,000 ST holders and have sold a majority of the 8,000 corporate seats, I don’t think it will be possible to cap capacity that low.... even if we were allowed to say no away fans (which we wouldn’t be allowed to do anyway).

Loyalty points have been updated:

what do members need loyalty points for even the 148 that have over 600 are behind the 4421 that have 49 or less.

I'd like to see an allocation of away tickets and cup final tickets go to members, maybe 5-10% depending on the game so they can at least have a chance. There's plenty of supporters who will never get a season ticket due to where they live or family etc but are still loyal fans which is reflected in their loyalty points. Then there's plenty of season ticket holders who rarely go and resell on their tickets that get ahead of them.

I'm surprised this hasn't been considered yet, not seen it in the trust notes.

It has been covered by the trust before but if I remember correctly they take the view that ST holders should always have priority.

How do even find where to log in to your account on that poxy new Spurs website?
