The Youth Players/On-Loan Thread 2018/19

Hey why is this not sticked at the top of the page?

Under-14s ace Omari Forson is reportedly a target for Premier League rivals Emirates Marketing Project and Everton.

The teenage forward has been on the Lilywhites' books since 2014 and has impressed at age-grade level.

According to the Daily Mail, however, Spurs risk losing the youngster as he has been training with Everton this week, while Emirates Marketing Project are also looking to make a move.

Forson, formerly a part of West Ham United's youth setup, is said to be attracted to the Citizens due to their state-of-the-art facilities.

Should the 14-year-old swap clubs, Tottenham will receive a compensation fee having developed him from a young age.

Looks like we might lose another young promising one.

I thought we had state of the art facilities as well? Would be very surprised if we lost anyone based on facilities?

Our coaching and facilities are as good as anyone's but we pay like a small club and give chances like a big club so we're a bit neither here nor there.

Your right we have become a bit of nothing regarding giving youth a chance. Such a shame and has taken a bit of my enjoyment away.

For me the great period of our modern era is over and we despite where we finish in the league are going to be a club who buys rather then promotes from within.

Tottenham till I die but it has taken something away from it for me. Worse is that I am certain some of the players that move on or have their careers stalled are better then the incumbents.

How much younger is he than Skipp? I know they're different positions but I was a bit surprised that Griffiths didnt go on the US trip, particularly as Kane was missing
