Fixture & Ticket News 2018/19

IIRC it is TV Picks announcement day today

IIRC it was 'by July 6th'.

All very quiet - maybe waiting for England k.o. tomorrow and assessing which players will be around for early fixtures - advertising revenue a driving factor.

Good luck trying to find it on our new website. No links. No news. Not keen on this 'improved' version

I think it's dreadful.

I view it on a desktop, on a window pretty much A4 size. I get a big picture and caption overlaid in the wrong place, and a couple of logo-type links.

I used to land on the News page, and (from memory) would get in the same area:-
News tab
  • Matches tab
  • Squad tab
  • New Stadium tab
  • 3 other tabs?
  • Last 6 stories, each with medium piccy
  • misc other info links
Biggest omission in the new site is a sitemap link. At least one might find where things are hidden

If you want to ask a question you are misled into believing it'll be your question, whereas it'll be merely a list of FAQs never asked by anyone.

The whole thing seems to have been done for the smartphone market, and thought through by 12 y.o. proggies rather than designers/analysts thinking of potential users. My impression of our 'Head of IT' who gave a presentation at an Event organiser seminar recently continues to plummet.

09 July 2018|Tottenham Hotspur

We are pleased to confirm the ticket prices and on-sale dates for our home game against Fulham, which will be played on Saturday 18 August at Wembley Stadium, connected by EE (3pm).

As previously announced, ticket prices for this fixture will be the same as Category B level pricing from the 2017/18 season.

Season Ticket Holders who had a Season Ticket for the 2017/18 season will have the opportunity to purchase the same seat they had last season for the Fulham match from 1pm on Wednesday 11 July until 5pm on Tuesday 17 July.

All new Season Ticket Holders who did not have a Season Ticket for the 2017/18 season and any Season Ticket Holders from the first sales phase who did not purchase during their priority window will be able to purchase from any available seats from 11am on Wednesday 18 July until 5pm on Monday 23 July.

One Hotspur + members can purchase from 11am on Tuesday 24 July (one per member) while all One Hotspur members will be able to buy from 10am on Monday 30 July (one per member).

I have a feeling you'll be able to get pretty decent seats for this one on general sale.

What fvcking faff that was! You follow the links to be told there are no tickets available . You go into your account to find out your seat's been reserved and your "credit" has been applied but you still have to put in your credit card details to deduct the £0.00 owing .

Hopefully, it'll all be sorted by the time they get into their stossy new TO. I believe, don't you? ;)

Oh and the wheel of death is still there.......

Just noticed SvvANKY becomes stossy with the sweat filter :D

I had to pay an additional £14.21 to get the same seat I had last year. At least it I’ll have 1 more game in Club Wembley...

Can someone answer this to save me trawling through....If I don't want to use my credit for the Fulham game, do I just do nothing and can therefore use it for a cup game later on in the season?

Thanks in advance.

Fancy a change from Club tier for (what should be our last ever EPL match at Wembley) and just wondering whether those comfy seats that straddle blocks 102 & 143 ever go on sale to us plebs? As I seem to recall that some were available for the NFL games.

I sat in Block 101 for the Barnsley game last year, about 5 rows behind the opposition bench.

The seats are wider than the padded seats in Club Wembley too

Actually, what it says is you can either use it to buy a Fulham ticket (either in the window that ended Tuesday, in which case you would have been able to apply the credit directly to your purchase, or from yesterday through Monday, in which case you have to provide payment for the ticket but the purchase amount will be refunded to the card you used by 30 July) OR you can use it towards the cost of your 2019/20 season ticket (ie you get the privilege of making them an interest-free loan for a year). It doesn't mention other options like using it for cup tickets. On the other hand, I often find the more precise the information they give, the more precisely inaccurate it turns out to be when you actually try and do whatever it is, so who knows...?
