Season Ticket Renewal Talk

My old seat in the East Upper was about £1,100 I think. The equivalent at the new stadium will be £1,500 and that is also minus the 2 free cup games that used to be included. I think that our tickets at the new stadium will be the most expensive in the country, especially when you consider that Arsenal get up to 7 Cup games free with their STs.

If it reaches me and all I have is the option of a seat I don’t particularly want at an inflated price, I’m not sure if I have enough incentive. I can take my chance as a member week on week. It’s not as though I’m guaranteed any late cup tickets being low down in the phases.

Ps. I’m not saying I should be, or that things should have been done any different. I just think if it reaches me and it’s £1500 for me and my son to sit in the top corner then I’m no guarantee.

And ouch! Iirc his ticket this year was around £270 - but that’s Wembley upper tier so I would have expected to pay a bit more than that. Luckily his parents are “comfortable” money-wise but edging towards the mid £400s upwards is a lot, especially when he’s not the only child. We’ll find a way to make it work between us but not everyone is in such a “comfortable” position. Keeping attendance accessible for youngsters is vital imo. I would guess that most of us on this board started going to WHL as kids, and it’s crucial to keep that continuity going.

Reading through all the stuff on the OS, not everything may turn out perfect BUT the club and Levy have done absolutely everything in their power to make sure it near enough is.

The level of detail, thought, and consideration is way above expectations.........and i can see Levy's hands all over it.

This is his baby and a shrine for the THFC masses for the next 100 years.

That stood out for me too. I've been a ST holder a long time and lending/selling my ticket to friends is mostly how I sort out the games I can't get to. The e-ticket version is going to make things a hell of a lot easier. I got stuck with a couple of tickets I couldn't shift this season at Wembley and I really can't afford to do that. The official Wembley resale thing didn't work for me at all. I wish you could put them up for less than face value. GG family could benefit from the Ticket Share for sure.
 
I see a lot of people are in melt down (not here) over the costs and order.

Firstly I think it’s completely fair the way they have done the order.

Regarding the cost I don’t think we will know till next year if we are paying over the odds - if we are using the extra money for contracts/new players then I don’t see why you would be unhappy - its what we all want.

It only becomes an issue if we are still penny pinching and losing players/deals over wages haggling.

My season ticket will more than likely go back to close to what it was at WHL.

It’s unfortunate for those guys that picked up one last year - but it was always going to go up.

There are a few blocks with junior seats in East & West 124, 101 lower and 522, 508 upper.

I was in 29, heading for 123 if pos. It's a shift towards the corner and £300 more than I've paid for what seems like quite a few years since the price freeze (when was that?). I don't really have any complaints on what I'll be paying tbh, even though I'm skint and not sure how I'll pay it. I reckon there may be lots more people sharing STs in coming years, and the ticket share scheme reflects that + will help those of us who shouldn't really be digging this deep to keep their seats.

This fits exactly for everyone I know so far.
 
My mate has had his ticket 21 years and has 160 loyalty points and is in phase 4. I’ve had it 23 years and 156 points and I’m phase 3.

He is a bit upset and it also means we have to wait until his window opens before we get our seats. The other lads in our group have 160 loyalty points but have had it about 15 years and are in phase 3.

It makes no sense.
